Please note that we ship all orders from our New Jersey warehouse Monday through Friday. All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (M-F) of the purchase date as long as the item is already made. Orders Placed after 11:00am on a Friday, will be shipped the following week.

Domestic (Within the U.S)
USPS First Class - $3.95 - 5-8 Days
USPS Priority - $9.95 - 4-5 Days
Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. The agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees.
Once we handpack and prepare your package for shipping, we will hand it off to a third party courrier so that your package will arrive to you! In the unfortunate case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, Joel Handmade does not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.
We offer free returns up to 14 days after the delivery date for exchanges/store credit.
All items should be in their original condition.
Please note: If our quality control team deems that your item is worn, we cannot process your return. In this case, we will send you an email with the following steps.
